Malts: barley malt, oat flakes, wheat flakes;
Hops: amarillo, chinook.
Beverage created for our good friends from Nago Sushi & Sake restaurant in Cracow. We created something associate with Japan and its food & culture that also is great addition while eating sushi. Result is well balaced and easy drinking ale with cherries, lemon grass and shiso (usually used in sushi).
