Dżok is another example of the beer which has originated in the United Kingdom and is called mild.
The aroma-bouqet and all flavours: malty, caramel, nuts, chocolate, coffee, roasted, wine, fruit, liquorice, molasses, plums and raisins are greatly-balanced and no-one dominates. Their subtleness makes it extremely drinkable. It’s smooth comes from rather low original gravity (9,5 Plato) and low attenuation, which has great impact on low alcohol volume (which is only 3.2%).
