The hops: magnum

The mix of classical british style with belgian yeast. Black, smooth beer with a little, tiny creamy head. A lot of fruit and spices in the aroma (thank you, belgian yeast!). The taste? A lot of chocolate, coffee and some spices as well. No. 2 is really smooth, semi-dry with some malty finish. Hops were used only to be some counter for malts, that’s why bitterness isn’t too high.
