Malts: barley, wheat.
Hops: citra, chinook, sorachi ace, tomahawk.
One of newest american pale ale in family of our beers. Intense of hops we used, but it’s not lacking of malty base. We tried to brew a beer that is enormously hoppy and drinkable at the same time. Sorachi ace was used mostly for aroma, but you can find it’s impact also on aroma, where aromas of cocnut can be suprising.
