Next Thursday (30.10) is the day of two premiere beers.
First of them is golden ale called Huta ’54. It has been brewed in collaboration with Andrzej, the home-brewer and the owner of Sklepik z piwem, which is located in Kraków, on Teatralne (Nowa Huta).
It’s the response of british (and now polish, as well) brewers for czech pilsener. Huta ’54 is a pale beer with thick head and subtle aroma of american hops. Medium saturation makes it more drinkable. Malts are in the background and there are slightly perceptible to make Huta ’54 more refreshing.
And the second is our first (out of few to come) collaboration with our friends from SzałPiw. It’ll be saison with some american hops and spices. Light amber in color (because of the well-balanced mix of pilsen, rye and wheat malts) with nice, white head. Rather dry with a subtle bitterness, medium saturation and a fistful of spices (anise, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and coriander)
Both of them will be available in Tap House – Pracownia Piwa i Przyjaciele since next Thursday (30.10). See you!
